Projection screens

To make sure the projection shows up with the best visibility we use projection screens. These screens capture the projection and the properties of these screen highlight it and give a clear image. We use these screens for instance for the holographic projection and the iWindow.

Rear-projection hardscreen and rear-projection foil
The main difference between the hardscreen and the foil is the material used. The read-projection hardscreen is a plastic plate with a width of 4-6mm and has to be installed in a frame. The rear-projection foil is a thin flexible piece of foil that can be installed on windows, plastic and others. We supply the foil from 1 x 1,52 meter or by roll 30 x 1,53 meter. The hardscreen is supplied in the aspect ratio 16:9 by 4:3. For both products if other sizes can be made on demand.

Holographic screen
The holographic screen is exclusively used for the holographic projection. This technique uses a special screen witch let a lot of light through. This screen in meant to be used in an area with low light preferred indoors. The screen itself lets 80% of the light through and requires a high lumen projector.

High-contrast foil
This foil is meant for situations with high light. The screen itself is non-translucent and captures the projection with a clear image, because of this it is very suitable for high lighting. For instance this foil will still give a clear image in mid sun during the day. Due to this attribute it can be used for instance for a shopping window that is in full sun during the day. This foil was tested in Greece during the day in full sun (which is shown in the clip for touch foil) en the results are very positive.

Are you looking for more information about witch foil is suitable for you, explain the situation to Vision2Watch en we will give you the advice about which screen or foil is best used for that situation.

The screens are supplied with the product but can also be supplied on its own, in most cases they can be supplied directly.
