Auto-frost glass

The auto-frost glass from Vision2Watch give’s a complete new meaning to windows and doors. This glass has 2 phases, in 1 state it is completely transparent just like you are used to, but it also has an non-transparent phase were the glass becomes a white like color and blocks the means to look through. To make it easy, 1 minute you are looking through a window the next you cant see through it anymore.

You might be wandering what uses this glass might have, here are a couple of examples:

-	A meeting room in the office that can be shielded from external viewers.
-	Making an open room into a private room.
-	A decorative screen.
-	A projection screen.

But these are just a few examples, the possibilities are endless. To give a more complete example: The information desk closes but you still want to provide you’re customer’s the means to get information. Now the desk is closed and you use the auto-frost glass to turn non-transparent and project an informational video clip or even an interactive projection. This way you’re customers can ask information at the desk during the day and get information from the screen in the evening.

How does it work?
The auto-frost glass consist of 3 layer’s, 2 layer’s or glass and 1 layer of liquid crystals in the middle. These crystals are assembled but at the moment an electrical charge runs through these crystals they let go and let light go through. This way by a simple press of the button you can switch the glass from transparent to non-transparent.
